Terrace House Renovations Are Underway!
We're excited to share that we began renovations at Horizon Village Terrace House, our detox and stabilization facility, located in Downtown Buffalo. We're proud to continue serving the community during this transformation and create a more innovative space for individuals to receive life-saving care on their recovery journeys.
Check out some pictures from our “Demo Day” celebration, marking the start of our renovation project! Each day, our team members are Breaking Down the Walls of Stigma by living out our mission and serving those in their most vulnerable stages of recovery. With a projected completion date of early 2026, our team cannot wait to continue to provide lifesaving care in our newly renovated space!
What's to Come:

Modernized treatment areas with state-of-the-art equipment

Improved amenities, including kitchen facilities, restrooms, and common areas for a more welcoming experience

Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive environment, featuring private bedroom spaces for patients to ensure comfort and privacy

Improving Patient Experience
We introduced Luma Health, a patient success platform, into our clinical and administrative workflows. Luma aims to enhance patient experience and reduce staff workload. Highlights include:

Automated messaging for appointment reminders

Broadcast messaging to patients

Patient feedback surveys

Easy collection of co-pays / balances from patients
Enhancing Clinical Care

We're embracing AI to improve our processes and elevate the quality of care we provide to our community. In 2024, we secured a partnership with Eleos Health, an AI ambient listening scribe that integrates into our clinicians' workflows.
Eleos securely listens to patient sessions and drafts encounter notes, reducing note-taking time by 20-50% and allowing staff to focus more on direct patient care.
